3 ways to improve your focus
You’re going to struggle with your ability to focus when your brain isn’t stimulated enough by the subject at hand, has become used to switching areas of focus all the time or is placed in a context that facilites distractions.
In other words, if you want to get better at focusing on something, you can work on 3 things:
- choose a target that you’ll focus more easily on
- pursue activities that will develop your habit of staying focused for lengthy periods of time
- find an environment where losing focus is harder
