Arrache-moi la tête

If I had to teach a class to product leaders, I would talk about the following topic.

The assumption: Your goal is to have your team working on the most impactful topics for the company, yet you have the feeling that this is not happening.

The root cause: You haven’t acknowledged that the entire world is working against your goal, which is why you haven’t equipped your team with the right tools to protect themselves.

The solution: become a subtraction machine, magnify the few things you keep, be radical about both.
